Dr. Peter Senge, author of the groundbreaking book, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization, will conduct a seminar on principles and practices of organizational learning on May 10, 2005, from 9 am to 4 pm at the Durrat al Arus Resort, North Jeddah.

Presentation topics include:

• The principles and practices of organizational learning
• Unleashing human potential through visionary leadership
• Applying organizational learning to reform education
• Solving difficult problems—co-constructing the future in South Africa and China

Participants will get ‘hands-on’ practice and case studies in applying some tools and techniques of organizational learning:

• Applying The World Café process to promote large group change
• Understanding complexity through Systems Thinking
• Using Team Learning Labs to empower employees and improve business results

There will be break out sessions in the afternoon with SoL consultants, where participants can learn practical applications of organizational learning for results in team and organizational performance.
