| Flights for Business Guests Saudi Aramco will provide return air transportation to Shaybah from Dammam and Jeddah. Please arrive at the airport terminal 1 hour prior to departure time. Departing Jeddah (Arabasco Terminal) to Shaybah: Sunday, March 28th—15:30 sharp Departing Dammam (Saudi Aramco Aviation Airport) to Shaybah: Sunday, March 28th—16:00 sharp The flights will take participants directly to the Saudi Aramco Shaybah facility. Flights will depart Shaybah for Jeddah and Dammam following breakfast on Tuesday, March 30th. Housing & Attire Each Business Guest will be housed in a comfortable room for the evenings of March 28th and 29th. In the warmer daytime hours, sessions will be held in our air-conditioned Shaybah Café. During the cooler evening hours, we will meet in a desert tent among dunes. Dress will be extremely casual, appropriate for a desert retreat. The sessions will be informal, giving people the opportunity to get acquainted outside a normal business setting.
