Gulf SoL membership is open to businesses, non-profit institutions, and government organizations who share a common interest in our practices and principles.

As an Organization

Organizational members may include commercial corporations, government agencies, profit or non-profit institutions who wish to actively participate in and contribute to the work of Gulf SoL. The benefits of organizational membership include:

  • Participating in a dynamic network of leading companies and institutions in the Gulf Region to share best practices and learning.
  • Undertaking significant collaborative, cross-organizational initiatives that address issues of mutual concern to SoL members and to the larger society.
  • Gaining access to outstanding capacity-building workshops for improving personal leadership and learning.
  • Gaining access to leading tools and methodologies for improving our ability to learn as organizations, including the SoL research database and the Reflections journal.
  • Developing a personal network with other, like-minded practitioners from whom you can learn and gain support.

As a Researcher, Consultant, or Independent Practitioner

Membership is also available, on an individual basis, to practitioners, researchers, and consultants who are actively involved in the work of Gulf SoL. Individual membership {Click Here} requires personal engagement in the key processes of Gulf SoL– community networking, applied learning, knowledge development and exploring core questions.

Research members may include university faculty, research institute employees, or other individuals who conduct research in organizational learning or in related projects supported by Gulf SoL.

Independent consultants & practitioners members are expected to actively contribute to the collaborative projects of GulfSoL or to work that otherwise advances the development of the theories, methods, and practices of Gulf SoL.
